Sincerely, the most incompetent group I have ever worked with. Didn't file my papers as they were supposed to, and now I get warnings and potential fines from the state. I fired them, and it is now over a month trying to get a refund check. So incompetent, they say they sent it to the wrong address; an address that has never been our mailing address. And the list goes on. I would never use the word "professional" in the same sentence with this firm.
