The BoA branch is just the best. Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable. The entire staff make you feel welcome and answer any questions you have.
Not enough tellers. Waited in line to be told I had to wait AGAIN for a different person. Someone should be directing people when they walk in so you don't waste anyone's time. Never returning to this branch. Hate banking with this bank anyway. Wells Fargo is so much better

Not enough tellers on a busy Saturday or any day for that matter..Max 2 per 20 people in line who cannot do a transaction at the Atm or just feel safer inside...bank is great, just understaffed...please fix, location is super busy..
