This is a nice park. However, it's not for us. It is primarily park model units with long-term seasonal residents. The huge drawback here is the absolute void of space to walk or exercise dogs. Row O had several RVs.
Sadly this park only caters more to the snow birds and not the year around residents.
Family oriented. Friendly staff and occupants. Lots to do never get bored. Reasonable rates. Beautiful clean grounds. It doesn't get much better than this.

It's hard to find, even when you've been there before, I made a wrong turn a block early and went down a fitted road that was out of a movie for bad neighborhoods. Pitbull, rebel flags and keep out signs abound. At the end of the street I had to make a U turn. Not easy for a rookie in a 38 ft Winnebago. They don't really have Wi-Fi - they list in guidebooks as having WIFI but it's only in and very close to one building. The majority of the spaces don't get Wi-Fi. Other than that, they're OK, nothing special and they take the regular discounts.
