Very honest and friendly! Great prices and even a lot of laughs while u wait. I went in for a tire patch and they wouldn't patch it. He said he couldn't in all good conscience send me out on that tire. He took me outside and showed me the dry rot on the tire and the others. I found them by accident and I'm so glad I did. They could very well saved my life and the lives of my grandchildren on out trip to church and back. Chucky Cheese will treat you right!!
I had absolutely fantastic service from Chuck today. My front left tire needed a new hub bearing assembly. I used to get oil changes at Firestone and they were the ones who alerted me to the problem. They quoted me $350 which I thought was ridiculous. Firestone and a few other stores wanted to charge me $225 for just the part even though the price of the hub bearing was from $70-100 depending on where I went and which one I got. That is a 300% markup which is just absurd. I understand that these stores need to make money and expect a slight up charge but not 300%. Chuck had the part and labor done for $250 plus it was ready in under 2 hours. This problem was real noticeable as well making loud sounds and just rough driving so I knew immediately that he did a great job when I drove off the lot smooth and quiet. He definitely deserves the 5 stars he has. Honest, fairly priced, and great quality work which unfortunately seems hard to find with mechanics nowadays. Chuck will definitely be my new car guy from now on.
Mr. Chuck's Discount Tire & Auto Repair is the best service car shop in the country. He is a hard working and honest man. Has affordable prices. Great customer service. I recommend him to anyone. The bigger dealers are not always better they can actually be worse than the small ones. Overall great experience! He helped me with an exhaust and I am going to take all my cars to him.
