They sold me a defective iPod Touch that I bought for my wife's birthday, and they would not allow me to exchange it for a new one because it was past 14 days. Sorry but I could not determine there was a problem with the iPod until my wife actually opened it. I had proof of purchase and plenty of identification as well as the credit card I bought it with....the manager could have exercised the discretion to exchange it.
My Pops had a issue with an electronic component he purchased from Best Buy 7/7/17, and was unsure about returning it or exchanging the product Wednesday 7/26/17. I was working and unable to assist him myself. So I made a call and spoke to the Manager Cameron on the phone and I relayed the message to my father and he went in and was very happy also spoke highly of Cameron stating how helpful he was and how he walked him thru the whole process from beginning to end, as well as finding him a worthy replacement option. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.
we bought an TV there and the salesman directed us to an open box special that they had that saved me a lot of money. Love when that happens.
Geek Squad was great friendly, helpful. Other employees in store did their best to not notice you and go a different direction. Quite a few customers only one associate helping one customer and she had to literally chase him down. Three times I walked over to the product I was interested in. No one approached me at any point. It's like they want you to shop online so they can save all the brick and mortar costs. Or maybe give their employees a 3% commission on their sales.
Nice store. Good selection of things. The prices are a little high. The Geek Squad is great!
