Fish were dead in tanks.
Will stick to pet supplies plus from now on.
Great selection and prices, but several of the pricy fish died after 2-3 weeks despite numerous water tests by them saying my water is "perfect." OF course conveniently out of refund time. Been in the hobby for 20 years, so I'm suspect on their sourcing. The $2 fish are going strong though.
Ive gotten several fish from here which unfortunatly died (no fault of fish stores) they lived for several months no issues. It was a beautiful expensive but worth it fish. The last couple of times I went to get bird seed there was a rude person there, I assume something was wrong so I am not pointing fingers but I recently went and was treated with great service and was helped with my fish problem. Going soon to get more fish :)
Too many hamsters per cage with not enough bedding, food or water.
Terrible customer service. Staff will walk right past you looking at you the whole time but never say a word. Then act like you are inconveniencing them when you go to purchase something. And don’t bother asking a question, pink haired lady will act like you are an idiot for asking.
I used to have a good experience here, but since the staff has changed, people are rude. I asked the guy getting the water if they had snails. His response was "over in the tanks". After he finished filling my jugs, I asked for some snails. He ignored me and went off to finish cleaning up a leaking tank. I left without getting any snails. I know they were busy but the old staff would offer to take the water out to my car for me. This staff did not. I will not be back any time soon.
Terrible staff.. the lady would just walk past me and say nothing. When my husband asked her for help she was quiet and very inattentive. No smile no personality. The animals are kept in cages far too small. I'm not sure how they're still in business. I will certainly never go back
