Overall I have had good experiences going to this post office. Parking is a bit of trouble but I do like the self service machine and the male employee is super sweet and always helpful and patient. However, around Christmas, I had a very poor experience but I did leave a message for the supervisor and she did return the call and was nice and made everything okay in the end. My experience was I gave a female clerk a twenty and some change as I was wanting to receive a ten dollar bill in return. She gave me the wrong change as if I gave her a ten and I told her I paid with a $20. She was very argumentative and said she was 100% I gave her a ten she even said she remembered looking at the ten dollar bill and I told her I was 100% I gave her a $20 and I remember seeing the $20 as well my wallet was short the money I had just got from the ATM machine. She continued to argue and tell me I was wrong even quickly went through her register counting using a calculator and told me she could tell by her fast count (within a minute and half) that her drawer was on count. She gave me paper told me to write my name and address ??? and she would mail me the money if her drawer was off at the official end of day. I called informed the manager and at exactly 4:35pm the manager called and said the drawer was over the amount I stated and was very nice. I was left the money in an envelope and picked it up from the male cashier the next day who even apologized on behalf of the girl. It would not had been so bad if it wasn't Christmas time and I didn't have to stand 40 minutes in line to get money owed to me that was a cashiers mistake. It was irritating but I am very grateful for a honest drawer count and getting my money back; that is important that they were honest. Please just make sure if you pay with a twenty especially if you are looking for a ten bill back that you say out loud here is twenty however much so they are hearing it and really that is anywhere.........

Awful customer service. Carrier was supposed to deliver my package here, sent it who knows where, I called for an update and was told it got sent back to the sender. Then I asked if the sender decides to charge me to ship again if USPS is paying for that and I was told "absolutely not!" First of all, I don't who trained you in customer service but that shouldn't have been the way you worded your response. Second, USPS should absolutely pay for it if the sender, for whatever reason, charges for shipping again. Lastly, last time I checked, items go back to the sorting facility marked as undeliverable for review prior to being returned to sender. Maybe things have changed. Either way, the woman had a nasty attitude and was combative. I called the 800 number and got a fantastic rep who came very close to resolving the issue, and was extremely polite and helpful. In the end, turns out there was a temporary carrier that got confused by the forwarding addresses because we just moved in. People make mistakes, we're not perfect, but it's all about how you fix the mistake.

I've never had a bad experience at this Post Office. It is very local to me, and the line always seems to move quicker than I think it will. Their staff is also very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They carry just about any shipping supplies you may need right there in the office, and they even have after hours automated postal machines, so you can mail items anytime. Walls of many P.O. Boxes are also found here.

Terrible terrible service. Packages are constantly lost and/or days late. Customer service is beyond rude and unprofessional.

Neighborhood post office, good service can get crowded at times.
