Not satisfied. They left my garbage pails on my lawn, they blew the nails off my roof onto my lawn instead of picking them up with the magnet, they didn't put my plants back, they left pieces of roof on my lawn, they didn't replace the flat roof, they "didn't see it on the estimate." They put their foot thru my dining room ceiling. They repaired it. And they came in $1200 over estimate. All in all, I wouldn't recommend them. I got a cheaper estimate and went with them for a couple of reasons.
Let me start by saying farrell does an OUTSTANDING roofing job!!! I will say I did have a few minor complications after the job was done not regarding the roof but a poor cleanup job and some damage to my garden plants. I was a little bit upset at first and called and talked to a supervisor Steve. He agreed to give me break on the bill as a good token and to replace any damages and for my cleanup time. I gave him the opportunity to take care of it and he took it and finished the job and made me a happy customer. Things come up no matter what company you use but Farrell did a great job and in the spots they did drop the ball they made it right within 24hours!
I would highly recommend Farrell Roofing. The office staff was super friendly. The crew that comes out work very hard. They have the roof installation process down to a science. I could not even tell who the foreman was until I asked because he works just as hard as the rest of the crew. The clean up was amazing. It was like they were never there.
My roof looks amazing! They were very professional and clean. The crew was very knowledgeable about any questions we had during the process. I was amazed with how quickly they finished the roof considering how much damaged wood needed to be replaced. Yes, we paid extra for wood but that was discussed up front and completely reasonable.
Irma surprised me by sending a limb through my roof. Farrell Roofing to the rescue! I was extremely pleased with the professionalism displayed by the entire staff from appointments to execution. The team that worked on my home was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and they did an excellent job with clean up. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again or recommend this locally owned company.
