A few weeks ago I stopped in and found a shoe I really wanted but they didn't have my size. They bent over backwards trying to figure out a way for me to get it! I was going out of town the next day, otherwise would have just ordered it. Although I didn't get the shoe, I was impressed by the great service!! Just Don't see that often these days! It was 10/13 a.m.Thank you!
One person working the register. One person talking to customers on the floor. 5 people in line....how about you open a register?! Plus...I've already paid...I'm just pickling up an online order...not very good with customer service.
