I was impressed from the moment I walked through the door. This place is clean! The waiting room is spacious and peaceful. The techs were great with the animals and the owners. One of my dogs has a known reactions to vaccines. They pre-treated her and monitored her until we both felt safe for us to leave. Dr. Gintert is easily the most gentle and informative DVM I have ever met. I will not hesitate to bring my dogs back to her for exams and vaccines.
This was Jasper's first visit to the doctor's since his adoption on 10/07/17. Jasper has a brother that will be coming to the office as soon as he is feeling better. The doctor even answer questions in regards to Cauldron. We are very happy with the staff and the facility! See you soon with Cauld!
I’m sure this place does what they can how ever while I was away over seas my parents were watching my dogs. They brought them into pet essentials, my youngest dog was experiencing irritation to his ear. Once seen by the “vet” they said it was fleas. When I returned home I noticed that my dog was still experiencing the same irritation I took them to a different vet who said it was an infection not caused by fleas. Bottom line I will not ever bring my dogs or allow anyone I know to bring there pets here.
The staff was friendly, fast, and efficient. They gave our dog her vaccinations and cut her nails. Prices were good and our dog was well handled.
I took my 7 month old Golden Marlie for shots, nail trim, stool check, heartworm test, change her microchip to my name, and the people were so nice with my baby girl. I thought the prices were great and they took time to answer my questions.
