Best pet store. You can find all the wild things you can’t find at a regular pet store. The owner has made me feel like family for 10 years now. I met him when I moved here and he had been a joy to know since. Great store. Nothing bad can be said about these guys. Always stocked and ready and always super friendly.
Always have what you need for your pets. Service can take a few minutes; be prepared to be patient as staff balances customers. Always friendly and helpful.
I know the people that work here and the owner in depth. The animals are the last priority and cleanliness is even lower than that. The back rooms are disgusting and filled with crap. I mean filled to the ceilings. They have roaches and ants in the back rooms and the bathrooms. Nothing is sanitized or ever deep cleaned in any way. Kathy is extremely rude and lazy. She will take all day, moving at a snails pace, to take care of the animals. She has no compassion or empathy for the animals at all. She goes out of her way to be difficult and not help customers or employees in a kind manner. Stephanie is the only good one at this business and she deserves a much higher pay at a much nicer and cleaner business. It's very disturbing that the animals are taken care of so poorly and the building is BEYOND disgusting. Nothing is cleaned or sanitized and the animals have to live in that filth. They don't have a voice and they can't do anything about it. Just another pet store that treats the animals like objects.
Nice shop almost like going to an aquarium..very impressed! When I don't want my fish no more they will take it and that's nice of them. Very helpful and price isn't so bad at all.
