The store always have everything I set out to get when I go. Very well stocked. The dinged star is because the staff knowledge is wishy washey when it comes to animal care and suggestion. Everyone claims to know what they're talking about, but their information differs.
Nice store. The staff was nice, they went out of their way to ensure that my friend got his free pair of cat antlers, even though we said it was ok, they wouldn't take no for an answer, and they saved us some money too with some coupons we weren't aware of.
Friendly staff, knowledgeable about there products. Great selection. Some common items cheaper elsewhere. But product's for your pets overall health is high quality.
There are a couple GREAT people working here and the equipment available for the price of membership is EXEMPLARY!! The vibe could stand to improve just seems a little un-energetic...
The employees are helpful and down to earth pet owners. The store's pricing is high but that's typical for national chains. The variety is wide and animals well cared-for. Even if I don't make a purchase, I will visit to research animal foods or see what's new. The fish I purchased here back in February are doing great! I'll be back!
